I can’t quite explain just how much I feel at home here. Within an hour of the slopes and the coast, not to mention THOSE VIEWS, it seems I have fallen head over heels for the Béarn region of France. The architecture, the bridges, the rivers and the laid back, rural, friendly way of life just encourages me to take a deep breath, exhale and reflect on how lucky I am, not just to be where I am but surrounded by the most incredible support network of friends and family. Béarn, what can I say? You just make me smile 🙂
